Danielle Lobel-Weiss

Partner, Employment

A Partner in Lee & Thompson’s Employment team, Danielle has significant experience dealing with complex employment matters, advising both employers and senior executives in a straightforward and practical way.

Danielle regularly advises employees facing issues relating to maternity leave and discrimination law, redundancy, whistleblowing and unfair dismissal. Danielle’s background in immigration law gives her the unique ability to advise employers on the many matters that relate to both areas of the law such as recruitment programmes including foreign migrants and termination of employment when an employees’ status is uncertain.

Danielle joined Lee & Thompson in 2022 from Teacher Stern. Passionate about supporting trainees through their journey to qualification, she has since become the firm’s Trainee Principal. She studied History at UCL and was awarded a first class degree. She is now a member of the Employment Lawyers’ Association and the Immigration Law Practitioners Association (ILPA).
